Economist’s annual global liveability survey reportedly named Australia’s Melbourne city as the most liveable city in the world for the 7th consecutive year. Austria city Vienna and Canadian city Vancouver followed as the top three. Meanwhile, Syrian city Damascus, followed by Nigeria’s Lagos and Libyan city Tripoli were rated the world's least liveable cities.
