For the third consecutive year, a woman has bagged the top rank in the Civil Service exam. The woman IRS officer, Nandini KR, belongs to the other backward classes from Karnataka, has reportedly topped the civil service exam in her fourth attempt. Notably, Ira Singhal topped CSE 2014 and Tina Dabi in 2015.
