Afghanistan's aviation authorities have filed an official complaint against two members of parliament after a flight they missed was forced to return to allow them to board it. The son of one of the MPs, who is a police officer, allegedly disrupted the flight's landing at Bamiyan airport and forced it to fly back to Kabul.
