A firm in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province of China, reportedly offers a healthy cash incentive for employees who lose weight. Employees will receive a 100 yuan ($14.5) bonus for every half-kilogram lost, say reports. Stating that she's earned 2,000 yuan since the program began on March 1, Zhou Wei, an employee admitted that the bonuses have gotten her a little obsessed about her weight.
