Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte on Wednesday reportedly declared martial law across the southern island of Mindanao. According to reports, the martial law was imposed after more than 100 IS supporters had a deadly gun battle with government forces. The IS supporters have reportedly set fire to a church, a jail and a college.
