A prank by three drunken men who opened the Vietnam reservoir left tons of crops destroyed on Tuesday. The men were detained after they opened two million cubic meter of water which is equivalent to 800 Olympic swimming pools. An official from Vietnam said that the prank could cause a shortage of water and drought in the country. Notably, police are investigating the incident to estimate the total damage.
