According to reports, a man allegedly raped an eight-year-old girl recently in a public park in Delhi's Kamla Market. The teenage daughter of the accused, who was playing nearby, reportedly witnessed the crime. The accused, who works as a cleaner at a public toilet, is a widower and lives with his two daughters. He has been arrested and booked under the POCSO Act.
