According to reports, days after the centre’s restriction on the sale of cattle for slaughter, cows were sold online on e-commerce website such as OLX. "It's too dangerous keeping cows anymore. Anyone can come and beat us," said a cattle owner adding that he was open to a distress sale for 50% less than the market price.
