The Delhi High Court on Tuesday reportedly directed the Central Board of Secondary Education to follow its ‘moderation policy’ of giving grace marks to students for difficult questions. The policy was in place when the examination forms were submitted last year. Changing the policy after the exams for the year were held would have a drastic impact on the students, the petition filed by a parent and a lawyer reportedly said.
