Cognizant, Wipro announce acquisitions

According to NDTV reports, IT firms Cognizant, and Wipro reportedly announced an acquisition of a BPO services provider and an IT consulting firm respectively on Tuesday. Cognizant will purchase Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) subsidiary TMG Health for an undisclosed amount, and Wipro has invested about Rs 5.12 crore in management and IT consulting firm Drivestream, reports added.
