A Maharashtra motorcycle rider slapped a traffic constable for allegedly stopping him for jumping a traffic signal. The man reportedly was not even wearing helmet. As usual, a video surfaced on social media and a non-cognisable offence has been registered against the accused, which means that he cannot be arrested without a warrant. Watch the video below:
