Former Tamil Nadu electricity minister Natham R Viswanathan and four others have reportedly been booked for allegedly cheating and threatening a realtor. A judicial magistrate court in Trichy directed the police to file a case after Trichy-based realtor S Loganathan approached the court since there was no action on the part of the police. The realtor had filed complaint in February alleging threatening by the former minister and his alleged benamis following a disagreement over a land deal.
