The police on Wednesday reportedly arrested Bhaskar (25) and his wife Meenakshi (22) who targeted locked houses and burgled them. According to reports, the couple would look for houses where keys are kept at a regular place. Police arrested the residents of SVM Nagar, Otteri, during an investigation into a burglary at Subbarayan Street, Nammalwarpet.
