Prakash Agrawal, a district leader of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, BJP’s youth wing, was booked for allegedly posting an “obscene” message against Raigarh's Collector Shammi Abidi, a woman IAS officer, on WhatsApp in Chhattisgarh's Raigarh. However, he reportedly posted another message apologising for his act. A police official reportedy said the accused has not yet been arrested.
