The Board of Control for Cricket in India is all set to appoint a professional manager for the Indian cricket team. The move has come after the Committee of Administrators deemed the reports by BCCI representatives acting as managers had little meaning. Notably, the team's administrative manager, in his Champions Trophy report, had made no mention of the rift between coach Anil Kumble and captain Virat Kohli.
