A 9-year-old boy from Mannanayakana Koppa village in Karnataka was reportedly murdered after being allegedly raped by a man. The police have arrested 42-year-old Subhash Agasimani and booked him under provisions of POCSO. Notably, it was revealed that Agasimani was a habitual offender. However, the lack of awareness about child sexual abuse has prevented parents from complaining against Subhash.
