Rajnish Rai, a CRPF IGP on Wednesday reportedly alleged that Army, CRPF and police officials colluded together in faking an 'encounter' in Chirang district of Assam on March 30. The encounter in question reportedly led to the demise of two people - Lukash Narzary and David Islary. According to reports, Rai has also claimed that Lukash and David were picked up from a house and shot in cold blood. Rai has also alleged that the weapons were planted on their bodies.
