Vishal says he will get married only after construction of Nadigar Sangam building
 

Nadigar Sangam general body meeting took place today on October 8th. The entire team participated in the meet, and General Secretary Vishal gave some official statement. Vishal in his speech said that he would get married only after the final construction of the Nadigar Sangam building as stated earlier. He added that MGR and Sivaji's spirits are in the Nadigar Sangam place and their wishes are to see the full-fledged building.


Vishal further added that his management had done a good job in the past and people can find only good things and the team is known for honesty. Vishal also said he never wanted to take up any post but it was only when he saw there were flaws, he became the General Secretary of the Nadigar Sangam and later the President of Producers Council. He said Nadigar Sangam building work is his priority and others will follow next. Finally, actor Vishal said that his team is not here to leave the work midway and his team will contest the elections next year too and will complete the work and the building will be inaugurated by December 2018.

Vishal said that, actors should voice out against entertainment tax

In the recent Nadigar Sangam's general body meeting, actor Vishal stressed the importance of every actor n technician in the industry should voice out against the Entertainment tax. Vishal said that Tamil Nadu is the only state to pay an additional entertainment tax and such tax will kill Tamil cinema.


Vishal said that the actors across the industry should come forward to sort this issue and requested everyone to voice out against the tax. In his speech, he said Tamil cinema is struggling to survive in between the hurdles of GST, piracy and now Entertainment tax. He finally concluded by saying that only if the government cancels this additional tax, Tamil cinema will be saved.
