It is a known fact that Kamal Haasan and Shankar would be teaming up for Indian 2 and Dil Raju would produce the flick. The hot trending rumour that is doing the rounds is that Kamal Haasan is not acting in the film and Suriya is in consideration for the lead role now.
We got in touch with our sources close to the Indian 2 team to know if there is any truth in it or not? Here is what their clarification was,"It is just another cooked up rumour, Kamal Haasan has been dieting even before the official announcement was made on Bigg Boss Finale stage. An American trainer is hired to take care of his fitness. So the project is very much on with Kamal playing the lead".
So that clarification puts all the rumours to rest!!!!

As informed earlier, Kamal Haasan had met the members of his welfare association today to expand the organization and to make it more visible to the public.
The latest hot buzz doing the rounds is actor Kamal Haasan is likely to start his political party on November 7th marking his 63rd birthday. It is said that Kamal had discussed his political entry with his welfare association members today.
We immediately got in touch with our sources close to Ulaganayagan to know the authenticity of the news, and they clarified to us that no such topics were discussed in the meeting. "If Kamal Haasan plans to enter politics on his birthday, he would make an official statement by himself and not let someone else talk for him," says the source.
