OFFICIAL: FCAT CERTIFIES THE MOST CONTROVERSIAL FILM

We had reported earlier that the upcoming film of Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer 'Babumoshai Bandookbaaz' was ordered 48 cuts with an 'A' certificate by the CBFC. The makers who demanded an explanation of the number of cuts indulged in a heated argument after which they decided to certify the film in  Film Certification Appellate Tribunal (FCAT).

The latest we hear from reports is that the movie is certified 'A' with eight voluntary cuts and the makers are now happy about the film's certification and an official press release from the team confirms that the film will release on August 25th as per plan.
