Actress Kushboo is back to the screens through the film "Karagaatakkari". Details as follows,

Kushboo had restricted herself in the TV serials and stage-shows for a long time since her marriage with director Sundar.C .

Now she is back to the big screens through the new movie, which is to be produced by Sri Nidhi Arts Agency hosted by London shoban and Jayalakshmi manisamy.

The film is named as "Karagaatakkari", and the story of the film happens to be a true story of a "karagaattam" dance artist of the south zone of Tamil nadu.

Music maestro Illaiyaraja takes care of the music. The first of the nine songs in the film was recorded in Prasad studio last week. The lyrics for the songs were taken care of by Vaali, Mu.Metha, Kamakkodiaan and new lyric writers such as Dr.Krithiya, Dr.Muthu Selva Kumar and Punniya.

The film will be directed by Bharathi Kannan. The gang which had performed in the film "Karagaatakkaran" is filled in this movie again. They include, Koundamani, Sendhil, Kanaga, Vinu Chakravarthy, Gandhimathi, Sanmugasundharam etc..

Actor Sridhar stars as the pair for kushboo. Actress Vilasini co-anchors with Kushboo as another "karagaatakkari". The film will be shot at locations such as Madurai, Kuttralam and other locations nearby.

This film promises to be a reentry for Kushboo into tamil cinema once again.
