Most renowned producer P.L.Thenappan who is famous for producing most of Kamal starrers, "Kadala Kadala", "Pammal K Sammandham", "Pancha Thanthiram" etc and Sarath Kumar starring "Dhivan" is currently involved in producing a new film under the direction of K S Adhiyamaan.

The film is named "Priyasakhi", in which Madhavan and Sadha are the lead pair. Other cast in the film are yet to be decided.

K S Adiyaman, the director of the film has a unique trend of his own. He has directed several high profile stars such as Karthik, Raghuvaran, Devayani, Parthiban and Hindi stars like Salman Khan, Sharukh khan, Madhuri Dixit, Shilpa Shetty etc..

After a long period of time he is directing this movie "Priyasakhi" and also takes care of the screenplay, story and the dialogue's of the film.

In this film Madhavan stars as Santhana Krishnan (Sa Ki) and Sadha stars as "Priya". The name of the story is coined from their names starting words. This will be a family sentiment story suitable for all types of viewers, and would also be a youthful love story.

Most of the film's shooting is scheduled in London. The film is expected to hit the silver screens by the month of May 2005.
