in Dasavatharam

Kamal’s
histrionic range is
next only to that
of the legendary Sivaji
Ganesan. His next
film, Dasavatharam,
is already being touted
as the most different
film to be made to
date. Kamal plays
ten
different characters
including three of varying
ages,
one as a physically
challenged man and one
in the garb of a woman(a
la Avvai Shanmugi).
The film’s thrust
will be on comedy. Selection
of heroines is on. Asin
plays a bubbly girl
and another lady will
be Vidya Balan, who
won over Bollywood with
her sterling performance
in Parineeta.
