Sneha misses the chance for a National Award
  September 5 , 2005
Sneha played a double role in Parthiban Kanavu. Karu. Pazhaniappan was the director and he had encouraged her
to mouth her lines in her own voice. But, in the much acclaimed Autograph, she relied on dubbing. Therefore, despite a splendid performance, she missed the National award by a hairline margin. There are some guidelines which suggest that the awardee should not have a voiceover artiste and the dialogues should be recorded in his or her own voice. So, in her two forthcoming films, ABCD and Puduppettai, she has spoken her lines. In ABCD, she plays a young woman who walks out on her sadist husband and in Puduppettai she plays a commercial sex worker.
