  Thiruvasagam in symphony

Ilayaraja has become a legend in his lifetime. He became the first Indian film music director to conduct a symphony orchestra. Now, on behalf of Tamil Isai Manram, he has composed the Tiruvachagam, the Tamil verse in praise of Lord Shiva, in symphony form. Made in a budget of Rs. One crore, the audio cassette and CD versions of this international collaboration will be released in Chennai on June 30.
