Yes Cancer Is Curable And Can Fight This Dreadful Diseases:

Cancer was discovered in the 18th century although there are some historical references too. But, the medical profession had largely been helpless in combating the onslaught of the disease in the patient. Most of the medicines then had limited curative ability. It was only in the late 1800s and early 1920s that chemotherapy and radiotherapy began to be incorporated into the treatment regime. Nevertheless, doctors then as also now prescribe protective, screening and diagnostic habits as the best bet against cancer.

What are the reasons for cancer?

If your blood stream “he river of life” is polluted toxic oxygen and nutrients will not flow easily as early to the cells and those cells will mutate and expand in order to survive

1) In today’s hectic lives, the most important culprit is pollution – air and water. Constant inhalation of vehicle fumes as also industrial pollution especially in the plastic manufacture category has been proven to be highly carcinogenic.
2) Dietary habits. We have shifted away from traditional food habits to convenience in the name of modernity inheriting cancer in the process. High carbohydrates, especially the refined variety and low intake of fibre and vitamins increase the risk of colon cancer.
3) Chewing pan, and tobacco is known to heighten the risk of throat cancer and lung cancer respectively.
4) In women, breast, ovarian and uterine cancer are common due to the hormonal changes in middle age.
5) Stress combined with poor eating habits are the bane of ill health for millions of women around the world.
6) Smoking is very harmful and root cause of cancer

What are the precaution s and protective habits?

1)The screening aspect comes through as regular health check ups especially if one has had a history of cancer in the family. Get hold of your life and be more sympathetic to your body. Watch out for telltale signs like a festering wound or a constant cough or sudden loss of weight accompanied by reduced appetite. Diagnostic approaches involve setting yourself up with a specialist and going through the treatment in full.

So, if you have cancer although you didn’t ask for it, what should you do? Should you curse your fate or your genes? Not at all. Is death the only solution? No, no. We have innumerable stories of courage where several people have survived cancer and lived on to tell their friends and family. Hence, the will to win and the confidence in your doctor are the key ingredients for success in the treatment program. Radiation, Chemotherapy, and surgery are all answer for the best cure.

With confident one should go ahead with treatment and success is yours

1) Stop it before it starts
2) Arrest it in its earliest stage and
3) Keep it away from coming back

Join a peer group of cancer patients which will help you with information on motivation and survival techniques. Non-formal treatment like meditation, humour club, hobby activities etc. can also be adopted with medical advice.

Although a dreaded disease, cancer is completely curable if detected early. So, watch out but don’t despair if you do get it. Life is more beautiful and precious to be cherished everyday.
