In our daily lives there are lot of controversies between brain power and mind power. People think both are the same and the effects and consequences to be obtained from birth .But that is not the true facts. Then what is brain power and mind power.

Brain Power Brain is the soul’s delicate dwelling place and is an incredible resource. It contains 10 billion neurons which are used to pedal most aspects of our physiology and is the organ of the body that performs the function of the memory. It was previously contemplated that intellectual capabilities were set in tone, unchanging, since birth. People having short term memory are not necessarily more intelligent than others; they have only trained their brain to retain a lot of information.

Exercise seems to help the brain work more effectively and it speeds up the pace of the decision making. Ten minutes of exercise is apparently enough to have effects on the brain. Walking and meditation is one of the best ways to boost brain power. To achieve maximum brain power, do not ignore the quality and quantity of your sleep.


Mind Power Mind power focuses on developing the power of the mind in a systematic way. Mind power is not set in tone. Mental disorder like dyslexia, dejection, anxiety has a harmful effect on IQ score and makes the brain work less. When a person exerts due to stress the adrenal gland in the body releases a chemical called cortistol and the memory centre of the brain can be damaged .The mind power has the control on thinking, so one should concentrate on good and positive thoughts. Meditation improves many areas of mental function and one should carry out the practice everyday morning with a positive approach and a loving attitude and it is a medicine to lower the blood pressure. Meditation is used in the direction of having better concentration, and set aside physically, to experience the wonderful feeling of achievement through different learning modes, like Visual(by seeing),Auditory (by listening) and Kinsethic(by feeling) Mind power is based on the power of thought and the power of your subconscious mind. A mind power develops personality and creates success and fulfillment in life. It teaches the technique of harnessing the mind by creating and influencing life by the inner beliefs and the thoughts which are the physical vibration of energy. The episode of life is always being interpreted by minds lens and this minds lens should be understood and viewed to know oneself at the deepest level. Mind power focuses on developing the power of the mind in an efficient and organized way.

Brain Power and Mind Power Just as both left leg and right leg are used in walking. Both brain power and mind power is necessary to be successful in life and achieve the goal of living. A person who works out the mathematical calculation of the days, week, birthdays, stars etc and does not take care of him, explains clearly the brain power without mind power. To train the brain, mind power is an important factor. Hence both these powers are needed and cannot exist without each other .It is said that the Brain is like a computer and a mind is like an operating system. In order to stimulate both the powers pursue the following tips.

Accomplish profound state of contemplation and relaxation.

Improve sleep and increase energy.

Take your inspiration to new levels.

Dream about your goals, but become deliberately aware within your vision.

Achieve individual growth by investigating the dream environment.

While reading, increase your mental clarity and improve your thinking rate.

Develop memory retention, and increase problem solving and brainstorming skills.

Train the brain to retain lot of information.

Understand the power of the subconscious within you.

Lead a systematic life and do not overburden yourself with stress and strain.

A good brain power is the continuation of the influential mind power.
