Simbu who has given the hit film “Manmadhan” is going to act in a film under the direction of director S.J.Surya who has given three hits in a row namely “Vaali”, “Kushi” and “New”.

This film is produced by “Nic Arts” Chakaravarthy, which has produced hit films like “Citizen”, “Villain”, “Mugavari”. The film is titled as “AC”. Simbu’s character in this film is different from the ones he has done so far.

The story and screenplay are also taken care of by S.J.Surya. The director in a press meet said that the story and the screen play of “AC” is going to be very different. The shooting of this film is going to commence in March and it is going to be shot without any break. The film is expected to hit the silver screens in August.

After the film “New”, A.R.Rahman is going to compose music for this film. Jeeva is the cinematographer and editing is done by Antony. Stunts are taken care by Kanal Kannan. Rajasundaram is the dance master for this film.
