It is being observed that Captain Vijayakanth and Superstar Rajinikanth seem to have divergent viewpoints on several things. Be it the industry’s support to the Cauvery water issue or their political leanings, they have stood in opposite camps. Rajini has given an unequivocal refusal to enter politics preferring to concentrate on his cinema career, Vijayakanth has been busy with a few films but is inclined to enter politics fulltime.
