Kaliyamurthy is the producer of the movie Gurudeva starring Jai Akash and Pranathi. Jaffer who has written the story, screenplay and dialogues is the director. Kaliyamurthy had requested Jaffer that the film will be shot on a low budget for which the director consented and cooperated. However, trouble brewed in the shape of the cinematographer Madhi. The stunt master Jaguar Thangam had choreographed action scenes which could be completed in half a day but Madhi did not relent. Considering the financial loss on cancellation of a day’s shooting, the assistant cameraman canned the action scenes the same day. The same episode was repeated for a duet song when Madhi walked out of the sets. The basic business ethic is that one should cooperate with the film’s producer. But Madhi lacks this mathi….. The producer is planning to file a complaint against Madhi in Cinematographers’ Union after the movie’s release.
