Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao have been blessed with a baby boy. Owing to certain medical complications, the couple opted for a method known as IVF (In Vitro Fertilisation) surrogacy. In this procedure, a foetus is created with the egg and sperm of the couple and then implanted in a surrogate who will carry the baby to term.

The couple is very happy with their baby. The doctors as well as the film fratenity have lauded them for being open about a procedure that is often stigmatized and surrounded by misconceptions. Congratulations to Aamir  Khan and Kiran Rao.
